Metering Unit Overhaul
All types of Lucas Metering Units can be fully overhauled.
During the overhaul process, the metering unit is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and carefully inspected for wear and damage. All rubber components are replaced with high-quality Viton seals, which are resistant to modern fuels and ethanol blends.
Any worn or damaged components are replaced to ensure optimum performance and reliability.
After reassembly, each metering unit is extensively tested and calibrated on an original Hartridge test bench. The complete operating range is checked and adjusted, from idle to full load, ensuring the unit meets original factory specifications.
Lucas Injectors
Lucas developed various injector types for different vehicle manufacturers and applications.
We can supply all Lucas injector types new. These injectors are of exceptionally high quality and are individually hand-assembled.
Lucas Fuel Pump
The fuel pump is a critical component of the Lucas Mechanical Fuel Injection System and is often overlooked during troubleshooting.
If the pump can no longer maintain the required fuel pressure of 7.0 to 7.4 bar, it should be inspected and serviced.
As an alternative, we also offer Bosch fuel pump conversion kits. These pumps are known for their excellent reliability and consistent performance.
The complete kit includes:
- Fuel pump
- Fuel filter
- Fittings and connectors
- Pressure relief valve
Fuel Lines, Fittings and Non-Return Valves
We can supply all fuel line connections, hoses, fittings and non-return valves (check valves) required for Lucas Injection Systems.
Injector insulators are also available new and are manufactured from an improved modern material for increased durability and heat resistance.

Intake Manifold
The performance of the vacuum-controlled Lucas Injection System depends heavily on a properly functioning intake manifold assembly.
The throttle butterflies must be able to close completely. Even minor air leaks or wear in the throttle shaft bearings can cause noticeable performance and tuning issues.
We offer a complete intake manifold refurbishment service to restore your manifold to optimal condition, including:
- New throttle shafts
- New bearings
- Inspection and restoration of all moving components
- Reassembly and adjustment
This service ensures correct operation of the injection system and helps restore smooth running, performance and reliability.

Alle overige Lucas-injectoren zijn wél te reviseren. Hierbij wordt het volledige binnenwerk vervangen. Zowel nieuwe als gereviseerde injectoren worden individueel getest en afgesteld volgens de originele Lucas-specificaties.
